Greggs — Restaurant in Salford

Never has anything behind the counter in the hot food section. I felt really bad for getting the last sausage roll on one occasion because the little girl behind had been talking about it but it was also what my child wanted too. And there was only one. They never have pasties ready so you Kind of choose whats available but then regret it, like the steak bake or vegan sausage roll, when all you want was a cheese an onion or a bean melt or pizza. It's not even that I go at busy times, I go at random times on random days, I don't know why the choose not to have the cooked variety, maybe they've had to deal with food waste in the past but it's a shame. The staff are nice though. Working hard at serving customers etc. There's never a queue so they work fast to serve the people to...

We had the pleasure of being served by a lady named Anne, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service she provided. From the moment we arrived—earlier than our scheduled pick-up time and with a large order—Anne greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel immediately welcomed. Her positive energy and genuine enthusiasm for her work were apparent, and it completely transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and enjoyable experience.

As everybody knows, Greg's comes with a standard quality of products. The service given, however, differs store to store. The gentlemen at the store could not be more helpful, and gave suggestions. Even breaking into actual conversations with guests.
