Went this afternoon was absolutely terrible.
Upon entering there were 20-30 people all waiting for food. Machines beeping away in the kitchen, only 1 or 2 staff ever present.
Dirty tables, bins rammed with waste and piled up on sides.
Unfortunately we were limited with choice, Popeyes was closed, electric fault and little girl enjoys a happy meal.
Went upstairs and found the least dirty table, ordered from the app for table service.
The restaurant was really cold for some reason, some people even had gloves on, on other tables. Didn't make for a pleasant waiting experience.
After 25 minutes and my order saying it has gone. I went down to investigate. Another 20-30 people all looking rather frustrated and the machines still beeping away.
There must have been 30-40 burgers piled up on the food station with nothing going out. I waited another 10 minutes with only 1 order going out to the restaurant. Towards the end of that wait I noticed my order was there and wide open going cold.
There was no one to grab the attention of.
A few more minutes later another staff member came in and started getting food out. Fries were chucked in and we got our cold food.
My wife wanted to leave and get a refund at this point but I said, let's just make the best of it and eat.
We went up, some of the food was stone cold, so she wasn't impressed. They missed 2 dips from the share box. Went back down to get some but with 20-30 people all frustrated trying to get food, I had to give up on the dips after a few minutes.
We threw half the food and left. On the way out the amount of people waiting was ridiculous.
Some of the staff seemed absolutely clueless and worked at 2 mph. Some however we're working harder, so a mixed bag there. Very poorly organized/ran. Compared to some other stores like middlebrook it wasn't even that busy. So it's either ran badly or very under staffed.
Minor thing, hand dryer in men's toilet wasn't working and no tissues.

I WOULD OF GAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD BUT I HAVE TO POST THIS.
I have been to this place this morning to get my breakfast which I go often to get it from there because it is on my way but for the last three days in a row , on every morning I always order from the kiosks a cheese and egg muffin meal because I am Muslim and I cannot have anything else in there at breakfast time and each time I always get meat inside for three days in a row and this morning was the last time I will ever go to a MacDonalds and especially this one because of the extreme bad costumer service from both the manager that was in this morning and his staff that were impolitely laughing for no obvious reason while I was trying to ask for my order to be right after being blamed that I myself ordered meat and that it is on me . I myself work in food industry and I was never trained from my mangers to treat a customer that way and blame them while they are clearly saying that they cannot eat meat which logically concludes that why would they order it but instead I would head to the kiosk that the customer ordered from and check why is it doing that , instead of sitting there answering back at a client in a very rude way and letting my employees enjoy the show I am giving . Read moreBadly trained staff, ill mannered, poor management. Always getting your orders wrong! I have been 4 times after they "upgraded" in 2017 only thing they've done was stick another order box at the drive in. Now you've got to watch for the idiot who wants to push in an like a mentally challenged person, doesn't realise your order will be before theirs. Thus confusing their not so talented staff an end up giving away your order.
You can't move forward because the cars driver in front, has left their purse in the boot, inside a bag which contains another bag, which has a bag with their purse in. Mean while another 3 cars have just pushed in, an your meal which was ready some 10 mins ago has now gone cold because, He/she in front just wants to feed the 5 kids that are bouncing about in back seats their shut up an eat your grease meal every day!
Waiting times on average after said upgrade, is now about 25 to 35 mins at peak times, an that's if they actually manage to get the order right Compared to before, being 10 to 15 mins with just 1 order box?
Want to call them to complain an get some dignity back from being served your floppy, soggy fries, an your half burnt but frozen inside cheese burger, think again. I tried 6 times over a 2 hour period no answer after it happened the 4th time, just for kicks, i called about 40 times in 4 hours... Still no answer.
