wow what has happened to this place!? for the last few years ive been coming weekly the place was great, The food was like no other all the staff was friendly and polite even in 30 degree heat with huge cues waiting for food. BUT for the last, lets say 3 months its really gone downhill! The newish young"ish staff are really arrogant! there sighing at me they look at me like they dislike me im yet to see a smile or a hello its just "what do you want" they refuse to sell chips anymore. the portion sizes are small all the chickens are the small sizes not the medium-big included anymore. white rice is clumped together and soggy. by the way this isnt a review for other customers this is a message to the owner the main person in charge fix this place before its too late. you pay ur staff good money they should be representing your business with more grattitude. i will remove this post when the place has improved.

Decided to use too go to go app and went to collect it the following day at 20:30 collection the shutters were down I had to knock on only to tell me they ran out of food but I've been charged 4.40 had to find other food also the staff did not give one at all completely no respect also I never got a refund from the app for them advertising they had food to go on the app so to your reply no refund and not even an apology for not having any food left you deffo left a great impression on someone who lives local and ruined it why your not giving a flying * attitude what an establishment you should big yaself up after reading more reviews your food looks dead maybe I bit a bullet giving you nearly a fiver for nothing apart from pulling the shutters down before your operation hours and pick up times for too good to go. Yeah all the best you keep chatting to potential customers like that I'm sure there could of been a resolve my man...

I’ve been coming here consistently for about a year now after driving past it so many times and meaning to try it. I WISH I’d tried it sooner, as its my favourite place to get food from if I’m not cooking. The food is so wholesome, always delicious and so tasty, I’ve never made a bad choice. I couldn’t choose a favourite because I can’t nail it down to just one thing…the oxtail falls off the bone, the stewed chicken is so tender and tasty, the jerk chicken is always bloody gorgeous! I’m always hoping they have plantain and the homemade banana cake each time I go in…when they do, neither disappoint! The steamed veg is like gold dust and you need to get in there early to get a side of it with your main! The staff are always friendly and I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my order! A local gem and so glad it’s only 5 minutes from where...
