Vibe Coffee — Restaurant in Salford

Where do I begin! This place is amazing! I'm spending the week working here every day from 9.30 until close and i'm so glad I found. Firstly id like to say that Ben - the owner - is literally the NICEST guy. Ive watched him with countless customers and he's just so friendly, generous and kind and goes out of his way to help and talk to everyone - including me! And even people who arent even paying customers! He's just genuinely so lovely and has even given me a couple of complimentary drinks and treats! Sarah is also super lovely, friendly and helpful and literally every person that comes in or that walks and cycles passed seems to know them and always waves and says hello! I love it!

Second of all, ALL the food and drink I've had is bloody awesome - amazing smoothies, teas, coffees, breakfasts, lunch, COOKIES, cake!! So good!!

Thirdly - GREAT TUNES! Music adds so much to an atmosphere and Ben has nailed it with an awesome playlist playing at all times which I massively appreciate and can be seen nodding along to all week as I work! Love the decor and great vibes too!

Anyway I really do recommend this place, come and support Ben and his awesome staff - you won't regret it!! Can't speak highly enough of this...

First ordered from here on my birthday 23 February , ordered a breaksfast and a waffle to treat myself with the kids , came hard as a rock couldn’t cut it was like sawing a brick. Called the restaurant to let them know , they offered to replace the waffle but I hadn’t had the time as k was going out with my kids.

Well today 04 April I ordered again , a breakfast which was supposed to come with an extra patty and an Oreo waffle , but guess what ? The food was wrong , I received a breakfast with tomatoes which I absolutely hate , a bap with bacon , and the waffle you wouldn’t guess ? Hard as a rock again . Very disappointed, I’m not one to usually complain but this is the second encounter with this place and second bad experience , won’t be ordering from here again , so be warned , don’t order waffles from here unless you are willing to eat bricks.

Side note ! I LEFT A NOTE ON THE ORDER TO CHECK BEFORE SENDING OUT. Yet still came wrong order and rock waffle.

Tried to get delivery. Driver didn’t deliver and went to wrong address he then drove off when approached and stated he delivered food. Now awaiting refund. When I reordered the cafe sent back the same food as it was cold compared to before it’s a shame as I ordered from them 3 times before. Staff weren’t very helpful and sent back the same driver even though we requested that they didn’t as he was rude on the phone, his registration was YX65 YEK. Summary - bad service, cold food disrespectful driver who also went to the wrong place refused to get out his car to deliver or come to the correct address. Worried someone tampered with the food and the smoothie aswell. To top it off we all feel ill after our respective smoothies,...
