Peri Cottage — Restaurant in Salford

I have been a customer of peri cottage for a while but have recently lost all trust for them based on the way they treated me, I had ordered a donner kebab on naan with salad and when it arrived it was just donner meat. I rang peri cottage, asking about my order, and he said he would send a new kebab with everything I ordered. 20 minutes later, the food hadn’t arrived so I called again to ask how long it would be, and they said they would go and check, another 10 minutes went by and they didn’t even come back to the phone, I heard them talking in the background about how they weren’t going to answer the phone because they couldn’t be bothered. After that, I left the phone and rang again so that I could speak to someone and ask for a refund as it had been so long, when I asked for a refund, the man proceeded to shout at me down the phone because of how many times I had called. Ordered from here many times. Not sure if they have changed owners recently or what. But delivery now takes an age. And parts have been missing off orders. Put in an order today, and after 1.5 hours later than planned, I rang to see where my order was only to be told I've already received it. My rumbling stomach said otherwise. The guy asked me to wait whilst he rang the driver. I told them no need to ring him because I told you I've not received it. Then he tells me may be my neighbours have my food. Like thats my problem! Previous orders have come with missing items, and I've been told I will receive them on my next order. Unbelievable service. Which I will add that I never did receive the missing items. I've ordered here alot of times and perticular today when I ordered the "Manager" was extremely rude and insulting. I phoned the restraunt to place my order and when I asked him if I could pay by card he was snappy saying they don't do card payments and because I asked for his oppionin if there is any way I can pay by card via online... Hes response was i will just cancel your order in an abrupt manner I was making a big order for me and my family as I always do and he made me feel my order wasn't worth making and like he just couldn't be in the mood to deal with the customer ie myself I am now having to change my restraunt due to this. Really un happy with this service no one shouod be spoken or treated...
