Nando's Salisbury — Restaurant in Salisbury

As l entered the store I was forced to wait even though there were several empty tables because there wasn't any staff waiting by the door. When we were escorted to the table I spotted a chunk of chicken on the floor which should have been obvious to the several members of staff that were supposed to be tidying up after guests. Due to the fact that a member at the table had an allergy we had to order at the till which is reasonable but they had run out of boned chicken which makes upmost of their menu which they never came to collect. When the halloumi strips arrived they were different temperatures, the plates for these dishes weren't collected even when the main course arrived which despite not being busy they managed to get wrong serving us with peas instead of garlic bread. The chicken had no flavour and was just spicy whilst the mash was lumpy and cold. The water dispenser had old water that hadn't been changed recently which changed it's flavour to the point that I had to fill the glass with ice to num my taste buds. During the entire meal there were at minimum 3 members of staff doing nothing who could have been doing something other than watching us eat. So overall I would not recommend going here and would definitely suggest avoiding it if it is busy based on what it's like when it was...

I came in Friday night at 2115 ish with my 2 friends for her birthday meal. I asked them if we can sit upstairs instead of downstairs. The customer asst replied sorry it's not open. Placed an order and asked for well done chicken didn't received well done. I tried to picked the bottle of sauce and olive oil the customer asst stopped me by saying they wil serve it on table. But he came in with sauce in pot. I asked him can I have bottle on table coz is how I like. But he said sorry we getting it ready for tomorrow but the couple on next table were having bottle on table. If I like to go to nando I would like bottle on table not in small pot. Other i will eat at home nando sauce from market. So went upstairs for toilet there was girl and nobody were there them I asked why can we sit upstairs as noone is here. They said coz ll get dirty for tomorrow. I was trying to leave but did not to ruin my friend birthday meal. Most of us run businesses that's not how we treat customer. Coz they were trying not to extra bottle as it ll be too much job. If there were spaces upstairs that's where I would like to eat to enjoy my evening. Not coz they have to keep it clean coz we were kids and through bones and sauce every where. Totally disappointing. Salusbury town store thank for making my evening...

Absolutely shocking experience at Nando’s Salisbury I will never go again.

We have 5 children one with sen needs and one baby we went hoping for a nice late lunch but was met with attitude and rudeness. We were asked to wait over half an hour for a table when we came back the table hadn’t been cleaned the waitresses were riddled with attitude they constantly kept giving us evils making us feel very uncomfortable.

We ordered the food and the food was okay the kids enjoyed it however the waitresses brought out our 18 month olds food with something hanging on the bottom of the plate I pointed this out she went to look and it all fell off the plate she left all the food on the floor walked off in. Huff to get a new meal . There was ice cream and food all over the floor the kitchen was very messy and nobody seemed to care We also had to ask for our glasses for our drinks. Also a young man who had disabilities came in to eat alone and both girls were sniggering T him leading him to actually sit with his head in his hand until his food came and leave pretty quickly after .
