Burger King — Restaurant in Sandwell

First and the last time ordering in this restaurant! Very disappointing experience and rude attitude. We ordered click and collect order and one of the items was 20 chicken nuggets. Checked my order at a restaurant and there was a box with what I assumed was chicken nuggets for my daughter, but when we got home and she start to eat them she realized that something is wrong with them. She broke some in half and came to me showing that there is something green in them. Of course, I straight away realized that they are not chicken nuggets and by looking on the menu I understand that we got 20 Chilli Cheese Bites not 20 chicken nuggets. I was already disappointed as she does not eat anything else just chicken nuggets and my husband needed to go back and exchange for the right product ... and we live 15 min drive away!!! When he returned to the restaurant there was a young girl behind the counter and she was ok and said that she will exchange. But then the supervisor or manager ... or not sure what she was... stepped in and grabbed the box with chilli cheese bites and start to moan that if it's wrong food why it is half-eaten in a very rude tone and she threw them in a bin. There was missing 3, 4 max 5 of them as my daughter was nibbling them and trying to understand what's wrong with her chicken nuggets!!! Food is great but why were we given a leaflet through our door (as this is new store and our nearest Burger King, 1.8 miles away) when its clear no car, when its clear only car drivers are served again, bit unfair tbh, and no home delivery, even if there was it would be £3.99, I am a carer be lovely to treat ourselves once a week as its been difficult for us over past 10 months, but again everyone who doesnt own a car who are doing the country a favour gets nothing, shame as the vouchers on it would have been used as I have to do essential shopping by public transport, they should make sure these kind of places are accessible (2 buses from us) so that they can be for whole community not just certain groups, same for KFC and McDonalds, many reviews are people who use drive throughs, my section of West Smethwick has no supermarkets, major fast food takeaways or many shops, I am sure the food and servers are fine, but it is disappointing when they should be making accessible and cheap delivery for those of us near but bad transport and not on major bus routes, glad when I do get a car but more accessibility to all community needed (Oldbury is our nearest shopping centre and we arent all by 12 and 87 bus)! 🤷‍♂️🙄

Been in it though, first time ever! ordering is a doddle on touch screens, very nice inside and clean, very friendly woman behind and order spot on, poor people looked tired due to all the drive through orders (cannot grasp why people drive and dont walk in more). But very nice and clean!...

Me and my family took a quick trip to Burger King after having a busy day for some good quick food. Walking in to this branch was the worst mistake of my day! Went in and stood at the till for 12 minutes while the staff heads down no hello no one second or I will be with you sorry we are a bit busy. Horrible 1st impression if it wasn’t for the fact my two kids where hungry I would definitely would not have spend any money in this branch. After over 12 minutes of waiting I then called the staff that was available and asked if I can place a order to take away. Her response was to throw the bag that she had in her hand and huff and puff her way to us, with the worst look on a person’s face I have seen in a long time. I had to get my partner to place the order as I was biting my tongue. After the order had been placed and paid for the wait was over 20 mins for the food, all the food (4 meals) crammed into one paper bag with 0 care and no apology for the poor service the long wait and the horrible experience we left.
