Caspian Pizza Cape hill — Restaurant in Sandwell

I don't even want to talk about it..If I could I'd give it 0 stars. We are regular customers and we have been ordering from this place every weekend for 11 years! We have had about 10 issues about them placing orders on the phone and yet we have still kept coming back to them. So about 2 weeks ago we placed an order for a pizza and a chicken strippers meal. So we were waiting for quite a while until we had enough. We called them telling them we've been waiting for an hour! They said they were on the way and to give them 2 minutes. So we did. Another hour passed! We called them AGAIN! They told us that the chicken strips had run out! What an unprofessional service. 1- They could of told us when we called an hour ago 2- What kind of food place runs out of food! So we waited for 15 minutes until we decided to walk it there! We shouldn't have to walk to the place for a delivery!! So they apologised and we took our pizza and we decided to cut of the chicken strippers meal. So when we got home we opened the pizza box and surprise surprise! The pizza was the complete opposite of what we ordered. Please do not come to this...

Called after waiting an hour to be told that they could not find my order and the ‘computer was not working’. Then the excuse changes to the driver had ‘broken down’. Do they not believe that it would be been common courtesy to call and advise that there is going to be a delay?Clearly not. Asked how long I can expect it to be and was not told a straight answer. Instead I was told “soon, soon”. It was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Called back after 15 minutes and was told again that it would be with me soon. Finally the food arrived. An hour and 20 minutes after I ordered. The pizza itself was decent but the fries were hard, no flavour and I could tell that they were the cheapest frozen fries purchased from the local supermarket. This shop has taken the mickey quite a few times in the past and I gave it another chance. If I am going to order from Caspian again, it will definitely not be from this branch. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews but after today’s experience I feel like I should.

I’ve been a loyal customer at caspian pizza for over 3 years now and I’ve always only ever ordered the same chicken and sweetcorn on a tomato base pizza never changing it because of my children. After receiving today’s order on a bbq base I called up and explained the mistake made, the guy on the line said and I quote ‘what do you want me to do, if I make another pizza the cost is coming out of my pocket’.

Considering I’m one of many customers putting money into his pocket, his response was disgusting and very unprofessional. Honestly after more than 3 years of loyalty making a second pizza wouldn’t of cost him anything except more loyalty. But...
