Terrible service, our collection time stated 17:20, however we got our order around 17:30. We were on a tight schedule hence the reason we ordered takeaway. The ribs were overdone - very crispy. The chips were dry. The woman at the counter stated that orders over £17 are only eligible to free spring rolls, however on the wall it said orders over £13 are able to get free spring rolls & our order was £13.40. We always order the same thing every week. We're never going to return here & hope that this review makes a difference so no one has to go through...

Awful service I have made an order so I could have chicken chow mein sweet & sour chicken balls for my lunch at work and after 15 mins I get a notification from just eat that my order has been canceled so I was forced to be hungry on my lunch as I couldn't have my lunch at different time and there was no one to order to get food on time as they cancelled so late with no reason to why they did. I would not recommend to anyone 1/5 stars. I HOPE YOU FEEL ASHAMED...

Shame!! Ive always rated this chinese.untill today! I orderd bang bang chicken.when it arrived i struggled to find much chicken.it was more a tub of warm soggy cucumber with little crums of chicken on top. I never complain about food...ever! But i had to phone them due to its extreamley poor quality. They put the phone down on me. So I Wont be using this place again.if i wanted bang bang cucumber instead of bang bang chicken id have asked for...
