Greggs — Restaurant in Sandwell

Customer service was a joke asked for cheese on a bacon baguette which is not on the menu .however they make fresh baguettes with ploughman's etc so do have cheese in store. I offered to pay at whatever the cost but was told this is not allowed despite the fact that I use Gregg's everyday all over the country who are more than happy to put the cheese in . There website says we accommodate customers needs . Well in this particular shop the attitude of the one girl stunk and as my colleague was telling me about the website saying accommodate customers needs she started saying to her colleague how she didn't see the problem just coz they couldn't put cheese in we were moaning. The girl 8s very rude and very loud voicing her opinions Infront of a shop full of customers .disgusting behaviour she shouldn't be working in the public eye with that attitude ..needs training 8n...

I have been here many times when l work in the local area. Staff are nice and l normally ask them to bake a fresh margarita pizza as l hate cold pizza or pasties that should be hot or at least very warm. The drinks are nice and l love the 16:00 combo deal. Wish it was earlier but it is what it is. The tuna baguette is lovely and l love a Latte. The yum yums are lovely and l always end up buying two as it's cheaper than buying one. That's my justification in buying two and eating them myself as sharing one of these isn't an option. Call me greedy and l probably am but l can't help it. I used to love the triple pack of custard tarts but l haven't seen these for a few years. The wedges are nice but especially with the sweet chilli sauce OH yummy and more yummy. I have been coming here almost everyday for my lunch for the past year and a half. Most of the staff are very friendly and have great customer service. Most recently I have come across what I feel is racial biast. By an Asian woman (who has only recently been in this particular greggs) who continues to ignore me and doesn't call for the next customer as she does every other white or Asian customer. She said it was because I was on my phone which in my opinion is a terrible excuse. As many people who are waiting to be served look at their phone while waiting. And staff still call out "who's next please". In this day and age there is no need for this treatment as I have done nothing to her or any other staff member in that shop. I shall take my money elsewhere if this is the case. She is old rude and...
