The Orchard Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in Sandwell

WoW..... what a wonderful place we found.We had to try this ,TIKTOK were raving 5 star reviews and it lived upto its reputation by 100%%%%%% A beautifully well thought out coffee place,the location was easy to find. I love the layout of the place,there was plenty room for our pushchair which is what we look out for when dining in coffee places.Has you walk in atmosphere is so soothing,the lounge is so pleasing to the eye if we had no children with us we would have sat for ever ,it was far tooooo comfortable. Every staff member was absolutely polite and courteous. We ordered the zinger burger meal, 2 jacket potatoes and kids meal the portions were PERFECT, the potatoe was sooo sSSSCRUMPTIOUS and crispy we ate ALL off it, ( THE BEST J.POTATOE IVE HAD SOOO FAR) The zinger burger was SUCCLENT and JUICY,the sauce complimented the burger.. The chiken nuggets were very tasty the baby had some he most certainly enjoyed them. THUMBS UP!! We ordered a strawberry milkshake WOW it was DELICIOUSsss at the end there were million lil sweets to compliment the shake. We had ICED TEA WITH RASPBERRY BURST this was the first time i was trying ICED TEA it was sooo REFRESHING and COOL.THUMBS UP!! Overall expirance was wonderful best coffee lounge lived upto my expectations. i most certainly will be RAVING about you guys and coming back AGAIN .. I usually love to visit and trea myself to delicious food on offer ubfortunately today was a disaster There was a lot more staff than usual and the atmosphere had shifted in to a phase of manicness on arrival we were told we would need to sit at the back as the front seats were reserved that was not a problem then they came over and said they were expecting a VIP my food arrived and we were told we needed to eat outside as we were a security risk although we received an apology and established they were expecting the prime minister I know this was an exceptional circumstances however regular customers do not pose a threat infact the priminster should of met local people who remain loyal to supporting local businesses I wonder if he visited Julie a local hairdresser who had served her community for over 30 years or visited the local fruit and veg shop whose family had supported their local community for 160 years Today's experience has left me wondering if I should take my custom elsewhere and definitely not a way for our prime minister to keep or gain...

Unfortunately my experience wasn't great ive never been in here before so was a 1st time was very packed and like all cafes ive ever been in i walked though staight to seating to see if there was any chairs available was then spoken to quite sharp by young girl at till excuse me you have to order 1st then wait to be seated there are people infront of you.i was quite took back as firsty there is no obviously sign to say this when you walk in. and every other cafe ive been in u find a seat and there are menus at the table then you go up to order. 2nd the tone in her voice wasn't polite at all. So my reply was oh i didnt know i was checking to see any seats. While i said that my partner noticed the waiter male standing by seating area then gave me a dirty look, so then we decided to leave and not stay . Never had any problems in any other cafes. I was hoping to enjoy my 1st time and review you higher but you should really make it clear as you walk in on a sign to order 1st and wait to be seated. And staff should definitely be more polite...
