We’ve been loyal customers, ordering from here every week and dining in regularly, but after our most recent experience, we won’t be back.

We placed our usual online order, but when it arrived, one of the curries was completely wrong—it was supposed to be slightly hot, but it was just the standard version. On top of that, despite ordering extra poppadoms, there was no red sauce included.

When we called the restaurant to ask about it, we were told they don’t provide red sauce—despite the fact we’ve received it every other time we’ve ordered. When we mentioned this, they simply dismissed it. As for the incorrect curry, they didn’t seem to care at all.

We asked to speak to the manager, only to be told he wouldn’t be in until the next day. When we followed up, his response was even worse—zero concern, no apology, and when we said we’d be reluctant to order again, his response was, “That’s fine, I’m not bothered.”

Well, if they’re not bothered about losing a £70 order every week from six regular customers, we’ll take our business elsewhere. Shocking attitude and terrible...

We haven't been here for a long time but decided to give it a try when recommended by a friend. We weren't disappointed. It used to be licensed but was pleased that you can now take your own alcohol. We had a pleasant welcome and the service continued to be helpful and efficient. The waiter who took our order knew his menu, and was happy to advise which seems to be getting rare these days. Even if I was being picky, I couldn't find fault with anything. Indeed the sheekh kebab was one of the best I've had in a very long time. Served piping hot and very flavoursome, they even split the portion on two salad plates. The Rezalla & Korai mains were both hot in temperature and flavoursome. The sides were decent sized portions and all very good, especially the very light garlic and coriander naan. The pistachio kulfi came with a lovely pistachio sauce topping which was a first for us. It also tells me that they are trying to continually improve their food. The wife has since been trying to track some down on the internet. Good value for what we had and we'll be back. Parking...

Amazing tonight yet again. Asked for Chicken tiikha pilau rice and egg fried rice...... egg fried rice came in pilau again (yellow) and the chicken tikha pillau rice came in pink and white colours............. couple of week ago they sent the chicken in my choice of egg fried rice and the other half had pink rice again with no chicken. just phoned to explain again and he said don't use us again.... needs to understand pillau, egg , other fried rices. The other week i complained he told off the chef about putting chicken in egg rice instead of pillau rice. we have used these for several years but recently they obviously have a problem with cooking rice and colours and flavours, does anyone else have the same problem. very nasty man on the phone, denied us access to speak with owner. their loss, why can you not get decent consistent food in...
