Staff are always friendly, polite and professional customer service is amazing here. I've tried a few of their pastry's they taste really nice I had the apple pastry one , apricot and cherry ?(I think I know it was a berry type one) forgot what it's actually called but it's really nice and the size is really big and price is decent. and I always double check with staff which things have alcohol or gelatine in staff will let me know which things don't have them or do I find this really good and helpful. As Muslim I can't have alcohol or gelatine in food. Shop is always clean and nice place to sit. Nice bakery nice atmosphere. I've had the ice cream from here aswell tasted nice and looked nice . I did taste the ice cream before taking photo hence why it looks a bit funny...

Masovia Craft is an absolute gem. Not only do they serve excellent coffee, but their fresh, handcrafted bread is on another level. You can actually watch them slice it daily using their special bread-cutting machines, which adds a unique touch to the experience. Everything feels fresh, artisanal, and made with care.

The atmosphere is warm and modern, with a clean layout and plenty of cozy spots to sit. Staff are super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether you're popping in for a quick coffee or taking home a loaf of their signature bread, you’re in for a treat.

What an amazing place! Delicious pastries, delicious coffee, really courteous service, lovely atmosphere, clean sitting area. The selection is fantastic and everything I bought was fresh, and made in the shop.
