I went into West brom to try and find an outfit for my birthday. I'm not from this area, it was recommended by a friend so I went there to do some shopping. Upon arrival I had drove past any car park which had alot of parking signs, I had drove around a roundabout following my satnavs directions into a bus station. This was a dead end so I proceeded to come away looking around trying to figure out where it is I'm supposed to be. Now instead of driving without paying attention, I stopped my car for a mere few seconds to gather my surroundings before deciding to go into the tesco car park.

Now a few months later I receive a letter in the post giving me only less than a week to appeal telling me I was parked for over half an hour from the time I was looking around to figure where to go. Even on the photos they have sent out you can clearly see me sat with my seat belt still on looking out my window.

I feel very intimidated and bullied by this unfair charge! I will never be back to shop in this place and I will be informing every person I know to not shop here either, unless you want to end up with an unfair parking charge of course for...

Absolute shambles, I was going into tesco to do some shopping while trying to park my car, my clutch went. I then had to get one customer to help me push my car into the parking space. I then went into tesco and asked them about what to do until I get my car towed away by recovery, they said to speak to one of the security guards, inform them of what’s happened and itl be okay, i told one of their security guards what had happened he told me I can park it there for two days without charge as he would make a note of it, i then received a parking charge notice from them which I took my time to explain the situation and explained It took 1:2 days to find a recovery company to come and take my car, however they have rejected it and still charge me. Be very wary of this scam and day light ROBBERY thy are doing. Thanks 😊 Unfortunately for some companies we live in the day and age of internet so eventually ur scams will become lightened up.

And when u pay the fine they charge u. £1.50 “administration charge” then label the transaction as “DUMMY” you lot are the clowns , day light...
