At drive-thru because I was running late and subway hasn't opened at 10 as expected. Worst mistake ever coming here. I asked for 2 breakfast wraps with no meat, no egg, no cheese, JUST a potato rosti doubled up. First order I received doubled up potato rostis with egg and cheese. Second time around I handed them the egg, cheese and rosti combo wraps back and I was given 1 rosti and 1 hash Brown on the side. I parked up and went in to complain as they got it wrong twice. Staff were apologetic but that's no excuse for the incompetence. I asked the Asian girl at the collection to request to prepare it again, I only discovered the hash browns as I was showing her what I got, on discovering the hash browns I said it'll do, but she was very kind in saying she will get it corrected. I asked her if they were going to throw away the incorrect order if I could keep it, she went to ask her manager Liam who just grabbed the bag and chucked it away. I informed her I wanted a word with her manager. Her manager Liam was the most arrogant mcdonalds manager I have ever come across. I told him what had happened, and why I requested them not to throw away the food to which he replied "we always make it fresh and he'd have a word with the staff" I explained that was not the issue, staff can be forgiven for getting the order wrong, but why throw away good food when the customer has been wronged to begin with? He had no response except a repeat of what he already said, I then told him I will be writing a review based on my very first negative experience at McDonald's to which he replied "ok". Manager Liam needs to realise when the customer has been wronged some concessions are in order, I did not ask for extras, merely not to throw away the food that I could have eaten as well, leaving me happy for wasting my time and having to walk in to have my order when the drive thru failed me twice. Manager needs training on people skills, and how to deliver good customer service. Staff I have no issue with, they just got my order wrong, forgivable. Managers arrogance and waste of good food unacceptable and unforgivable. Never visiting here again, I advise every man, woman and child that values their time to avoid this McDonald's as well.

IM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING ROBBED OF MY MONEY . A BLOODY MUFFIN 2 DAYS AGO WAS MISSING AND THIS TIME A SALAD . THE MUFFIN IS FRIGEN PREPARED ALREADY AND NEEDS TO BE MOVED FROM ONE BOX TO A BAG . IVE HAD ENOUGH . THEY EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO ADD THE BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND KNIFE AND FORK . Thanks love I’ll cut through the bag shall I ? . Workers have the vision of a 95 year old . And as for the EXTRA pickle Situation on my burger ????? Count your days Maccies IF YOU CAN EVEN DO THAT because your workers can’t seem to count past 4 either . And WHY has the other burger been WIPED across the surface and classed as onion ?!!?? May aswell eat the remnants out of a dirty sink with a sponge if we’re going for texture and style. Thanks a lot Jane , hope you’re happy with yourself x

I've been there so often and i like to order personally more then through drive-in, as the personal are very nice though especially it's a younger Generation but they'll respect you and treat you very well. So Food all we know personally 7/10 (It feels my stomach an is O.K. !!) Service as the Front the young girls mostly where i ordered always respectful and friendly so 9/10 The Restaurant itself is not that big cause it has deliveryservice as well and its mostly fillled with drivers so for the Ambiente i habe to give a 2/10 its that low cause some worker when they are at break sit there as well the delivery driver's but for me.... Go there make a Opinion yourself as what i m telling u guys might not agree !!

I've been there so often and i like to order personally more then through drive-in, as the personal are very nice though especially it's a younger Generation but they'll respect you and treat you very well. So Food all we know personally 7/10 (It feels my stomach an is O.K. !!) Service as the Front the young girls mostly where i ordered always respectful and friendly so 9/10 The Restaurant itself is not that big cause it has deliveryservice as well and its mostly fillled with drivers so for the Ambiente i habe to give a 2/10 its that low cause some worker when they are at break sit there as well the delivery driver's but for me.... Go there make a Opinion yourself as what i m telling u guys might not agree !!

As soon as I pulled into the car park on a busy Saturday afternoon, the dual carriageway I pulled off & car park was of course VERY busy. But the drive-through although cars were pulling in – the drive-through was flowing nicely & speaker was answered immediately by a very pleasant and polite lady. She heard me clearly and answered my order efficiently. ALISHA was on the headset / drive thru speaker & payment window. She took the payment fast and I’m guessing she was on the second drive-through speaker too because the voice sounded the same. She dealt with the payment within milliseconds and the food was delivered very fast by a second member of staff but I missed her name although it also did start with an A. I do usually have to wait for a fish fillet but I didn’t on this occasion as I’m guessing because it was so busy they were constantly frying them, it did not seem old or that it had been sitting there for a while. I had a custom request which was adhered to which is very rarely done at McDonald’s in the Birmingham area. The car park spaces are all numbered so no matter where you park your food will be brought out to you. Usually there are only collection points numbered and as there are only usually 1-3 spots, you have to go and park in the general car park if they’re full and it’s a game of Where’s Wally for the staff to find you. So the fact that they number all the car park spots here is excellent. It’s not a large car park which can be difficult to find a spot if busy and I was left with one of two spots to park and eat my food. I did find there was a a few idiots blasting music with windows down on this hot summer afternoon, which did ruin my peace a little bit but I didn’t whinge too much as the service was extremely fast. There must be a limit here to how long you can wait, which is usually two hours at McDonald’s car parks as there was a lot of signs up and the obligatory McDonald’s parking cameras as soon as you pull in. Missed reading them upon pulling in as I did not have my contacts in that day so was unable to read small writing. There are a lot of signs up and they are very clear to spot but again, I was unable to read it. There are a lot of shops adjacent to the car park entrance, so if you need to run over and grab something for a general store-such as a bottle of water which would be cheaper, you are able to do so. Certainly walking distance, but there is a railing up separating the road from the pavement so you would have to walk round. The food was good. Which appeared to be fresh and well cooked but sadly it appears that one of the McDonald’s workers must’ve been handling something that was barbecue flavoured because there was a hint of a barbecue flavour all over my fish burger and bun. Luckily, I don’t mind a bit of barbecue flavour and it did not ruin it for me but if you hate it then it would have certainly ruined the food for you. I also wasn’t given the sugar that I requested so I had to wait till I got to my destination before I could drink my coffee as I do not like Unsweetened coffee. I believe that this is because I had to make a second request for condiments (salt & sugars) after initially requesting sauces by gaining the second attendants attention. This interrupted her personal conversation with a colleague. Although not terrible, I do believe that if a customer is still at the drive-through window, you should not be having personal conversations that can be overheard as of course, look what her distraction caused. If I was unable to obtain sugar within a reasonable distance, my coffee would have gone cold and being undrinkable. This is why I gave four stars instead of five but otherwise a very pleasant visit and much better location than the majority of...

On 20/9/21 at 14.55pm I visited all saints way west Bromwich drive through, upon receiving my order it wasn't what I'd asked for, I requested a plain cheeseburger and was given a burger with all the added sauces etc,I went back to the drive through window to get it changed (by now all my other food is going cold) the person took it from me and got me a plain burger which I'd asked for at the start!!

When I got home I opened the burger to give to my daughter who happens to be disabled and vulnerable and I was appalled at what I found it looked like the burger had been bitten and the part was completely missing, no way on earth could I feed my daughter that as if someone had bitten into it my daughter is already vulnerable!

I rang up to speak to the manager of the store (Katie she said her name was) who offered for me to take my receipt into the branch and say I spoke to her and I can get a burger sorted out, not sure that's good enough really.

By now the rest of the food had to be thrown away as it was cold and if I'm honest I don't trust eating the food from there now!
