The Cricketers Arms Steakhouse & Grill — Restaurant in Sandwell

Booked this place not really knowing anything about it and was really very surprised at just how good the food here is. The steaks were the very best we've ever eaten from any restaurant and all at super reasonable prices. The knives fell through the rump with ease, we had two 50oz sumos, one 32oz and one 16oz and all were cooked to perfection. I can't recommend this place enough, it's a little gem with ample private seating and the friendliest staff. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed after visiting the cricketers arms. Externally the place looks like a typical West Bromwich pub, but don't be fooled the food and service they provide is absolutely second to none and we shall be returning for...

Cheap & cheerful... gets really busy better & healthier than a McDonalds... excellent place for young trendy people especially from local community smethwick & West Bromwich.. & all over Bham gr8 venue for pre-parties,Birthdays... can't go wrong with prices.. Staff always aim to please everyone regardless of ethnicity... It's definitely a family,friendly safe place.. excellent for "first dates" venue.. very comfortable & welcoming atmosphere. You can not go wrong eating here or even Friday/Saturday Night Out.. The place to be seen & meet potential partner.. Such a friendly polite crowd.. get free hugs.. lol.....

Awful experience... regularly use here but this will be our last visit. . To wait over an hour for soup with forgotten bread rolls which never arrived. Then a further wait for a mains for them to arrive with half a things missing.. then visit from staff askin us to vacate as we had another bookin... even tho our meals not finished and no puddings. As to say we waited hours for food to arrive and then askes to leave as tho it our fault. .. definitely not an enjoyable visit as staff then staring and obviously discussing our table as trying to finish our dinners... thanks guys way to ruin a fathers day and a...
