100 Acre Bar, Grill & Function Suite — Restaurant in Scotland

As a family we have been going for meals in the 100 acre for many years as a family we ordered our meals from the girl Claudia who is very bubbly and friendly we ordered chicken goujons and chips for my son who is autistic when we ordered his meal we should have said no salad or beans just plain,when the meal was served by the male waiter my wife noticed it had salad on the the plate she said can you do me a favour and take the salad off please and said sorry for not saying when it was ordered he made a face he was very rude why did he not just say fine I will take the salad off he did not have the decency to bring the meal back he sent Claudia out with it,we are so angry with him I think it's time for JC to train his bar manager to have more manners and polite and be more mindfully on people with hidden disabilities because of the bar managers actions I don't think we will ever be back my daughter who is 14 years old was absolutely shocked with his...

Hurrendous experience!

By far the worst place to grab a drink and food. Firstly I was 'greeted' from a scruffy looking, Ill mannered lady with a disgraceful attitude. I was then given the wrong order to, finishing my what tasted like microwavable food. After finishing, I went to collect the bill and was blanantly over charged even though it stated on the receipt what I had bought. After asking to speak to the manager he then informed us to pay the majority of the meal. Over all I can't even give this so called pub a one star for the reasons stated above... Absolutely dipolar able manners, never mind customer service skills. I highly advise you stay clear from this place unless you want some sort of food poisoning upon leaving their front...

I would not recommend going to this establishment for food, we ordered 3 spicy chicken burgers and the buns where mouldy, the staff behind the bar explained this would be deducted from the bill as the chef was allegedly embarrassed, this did not happen... I had to ask what was happening with bill to be politely embarrassed by the staff member who refunded a mear £6.50 thus being only the amount for 1 of the mouldy burgers.
