Baguette Express — Restaurant in Scotland

I have to agree with the last review I’m afraid. The “owner” of this franchise couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t be surprised if very poor hygiene was behind the counter with no food safety concept in mind. The woman behind the counter is rude and always bad tempered. It has to be the worst baguette express I’ve ever been into. If you’re really starving and want something rather than the usual Greggs I guess it’s fine, but at your own risk! I wouldn’t be surprised if they clean their a..se after a jo..ie and serve you a nice baguette without cleaning...

Been a regular customer for many years. Got home to find my panini's like this. Was told I would get a refund the next day (wasn't able to return the same day). Went into the shop and they refused a refund advising I needed to return the panini's (even though they did not ask me to). I was told the staff member didn't speak good English so she wasn't able to tell me to return them the next day. Not the first time the quality has been like this. Really...

Very rude people are working there, worst experience ever, they treat you with disrespect and talk very badly with customers.Woman who works there just talk nonsense when you ask something I suppose she was under alcohol or drugs. I ask politely for a cup holder and men who works there said to bring back cup holder after I finished, I think it is not hygienic , just wow !! Guys avoid that place if you don't want to...
