Burger King — Restaurant in Scotland

Customer in front of me must have had a problem with an order pickup,service was asking for order details on the customers phone and took 10 minutes to resolve,which resulted in a long time wait for a drive through. I waited at an empty window to pay ,and nobody was there to accept my payment for a few moments, when they did,I eventually got to drive to the next window to receive my order. I then had to wait for a further length of time to receive my order. The place looked understaffed and Empty of sit in customers, the person who was working the payment window was in and out at the food outlet window,where ther in appearance there was only one other person visible at any time. Eventually I received my order which was dry and the buns seemed stale and broken like a dry cake. I had 15 chips in whatever was meant to be a portion of chips.This little bag or whatever it was ,wouldn't have fed a child of any age little alone an Adult!! There was No green Salad on my Burger apart from the white Stalks of lettuce on my Butger with one see through slice of a pickle. Thus was my first time trying a Burgerking in my own Country,and it was Dry ,Bland and Really pathetic for having a Really good Burger!! Trades Descriptions Act must apply to the term ‘fast food’. Their drive thru certainly isn’t! They appear to allow everyone to stop in queue whilst their whole order is handed over. What happened to taking a space and it being brought out? 35 mins in queue to order food. Another 10 to collect.

UPDATE So update about a year later. Should really reduce to one star. Drove up on Saturday night as McDonalds in Coatridge is shut for refurb - no other cars in queue bar one at the payment window. Could hear the staff arguing over the tannoy! "You're not helping me with these orders" Then when I went to pay sat for 10 minutes behind the first car in queue who the staff argued with and the car drove off without their food. As I drove up, wasn't acknowledged, just the female staff member moaning "that car just shouted at me" as she walked off. Guy came about 5 mins later who did apologise and said they were inundated with online orders. Food eventually came 10 further minutes, cold, not correct and poor portions.
