Tiny cafe on the High Street serving only 8 people but well worth a visit. You can phone ahead to book a table and they also do takeaways. They serve a wide range of food, including soup, sandwiches and breakfasts. We had eggs, advocado and toast from their all day breakfast menu plus a bowl of chips and it was all delicious. Very friendly staff and quick service.

Stopped in for a late lunch very close to closing time. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lots of vegan options - for breakfast, lunch and cakes etc. We got a vegan panini and it was very tasty. They even went out their way to make vegan coleslaw for us. Would definitely recommend, if you can get a seat since it's quite small. Though they also do takeaway!

A nice little cafe that serves soup, sandwiches, toasties, paninis and variety of other savoury items. They have a good selection of cakes as well as scones with cream/butter and jam. The coffee is nice or you may wish to have tea or a cold drink. Milk shakes are also available.

Been wanting to try this cafe for years. I visit North Berwick 1-2 times a year for the last 4 years and am in awe of this cute cafe. Either full or closed when I’ve been. I was so excited this passed Sunday to have been walking by and seeing three open tables as customers had just left. Entered and were asked if we were sitting in, we said yes.. then the lady behind the counter called the woman speaking to us to say it was takeaway only. It was 2:14 and they closed at 3:00… we were only looking for soup and a coffee… we went across the road to a cafe called Cake and had a very nice experience. Disappointed.

What an incredibly disappointing reply. You are a business with a public forum, the public is allowed to leave reviews they see fit. You have a google account and I have a Google account, reviews are open and available to the general public. Calling me ignorant and rude because I did so is shocking behaviour. Businesses should be open to the critique of the public who are willing to spend money in their establishment. If I was met with this explanation you've so kindly typed out while I was there in person I would have been happily receptive of being turned away and offered Takeaway. It wasn't an offer you gave me it was a blunt statement. I didn’t even know you were closing I had to google it. Your online hostility is terrible. I would lower the rating for your reply but I won’t...

Lovely cafe with good service and more importantly good food! Me and my girlfriend visited this morning for our six-month anniversary as a couple and we both opted for full Scottish breakfasts and we were not disappointed! Everything from the egg, to the baked beans, to the bacon, to the sausage was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh. Could not fault it at all; even if we wanted to. This cafe clearly has a focus on quality over quantity as the venue only has three tables indoors as fewer tables means more focus on the limited amount of customers that can be dining at any one time, which is a unique but effective approach. Fortunately, we timed it very well as we were lucky to get a table for two right in the middle as other passers-by tried to enter but were told to return later when there was a free table. North Berwick holds a special place in both mine and my girlfriend's heart and she really enjoyed the occasion and would give this cafe a five-star rating. We will definitely...

I came in for lunch with a friend who has swallowing difficulties. I had a panini and my friend had the soup which needed blending to a smooth consistency. We both had strawberry smoothies. The panini came with salad and was delicious. My friend also said that his soup was wonderful. He ate the whole lot which is unusual. The smoothies were lovely and not too sweet. The staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help. We will definitely be...
