Caffe Cardosi — Restaurant in Scotland

This is a very busy cafe I was fortunate to get a table. There was a real buzz of chatter. Despite it being busy I was served very quickly. I ordered the Club Sandwich which was a meal in itself. Layers of toast, cheese, ham, tomatoes and some side crisps, it was lovely. I had a pot of tea which I always find good value as I normally get two cups of tea 🍵. The lady that served me was very nice, that extra chat even when the place was really busy. This is highly recommended, I went away...

Lovely cafe, very friendly and funny staff, as well as their customers, you will definitely have a laugh while you are there. A lot of others were eating in the café so I can only guess the food is also good ( most places are great in Thurso from my experience). You can use a wheelchair easily on one half of the café unassisted, the other half of the restaurant could be used with some help, there are about 3 stairs to ascend. Great café and well...

All good! Tho' what a surprise to see this iconic corner building as a café now, and a nice one at that! Has a certain vibe and atmosphere of comfort about it, as the shop did.

Nice memories from the late 70's and the 80's of this being 'High Cardosi's' and the other ' Low cardosi's' as our go to place for sweets and ice cream and then later on cigarette's...Oh and even later on the bar next door for games of pool and a pint...
