Fast, friendly and efficient service even with Covid19 regulations in place. The food was tasty, especially the curly fries...my first fries in over 18 months! The Cappuccino was very good and certainly on par with that well known national chain. Only disappointment was that the company has not made it possible to tip staff either with cash, or with a gratuity option with the card reader. Relaxed atmosphere. Spotlessly clean. Always friendly staff, make you feel like you are dropping in to see friends for a coffee! One staff member recognized me from a previous visit( it was over two months ago!!) and greeted me with a " Hey, good to see you again...". Now there is a person made for hospitality! My large latte wasn't quite as appealing, being quite weak. The colour was pale. Won't put me off though. Next visit has to be for food which has always been great...

Came in for lunch with my mum who has diabetes and blood sugar can drop really quick. Asked for help from staff and there was no issue, they quickly gave my mum a wee biscuit and made sure she was okay. Staff was on point! Couldn't fault them at all and was very friendly!
