Dhillon's — Restaurant in Scotland

Order placed around 5pm on website, delivery advised at 5.40pm. Called restaurant 6.15pm. Whoever answered the phone clearly couldnt care less, was asked if order was on website or Scoffable, no trace at their end. Was told to re-order the food despite already paying and that I would have to wait and see if payment was taken from my account. Was then laughed at down the phone, rarely order here anymore as service and quality of food is going down hill. The offer to send as soon as cooked would have been more appealing if the food in the last 2 deliveries was...

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered food and waited 30 minutes which is reasonable, the food then came cold and soggy with the cardboard boxes being so wet they were ripping. Called back and they said they'd send fresh food and collect the old food, after waiting for over half an hour we tried calling back and there was no answer. We then realised the place shut at 12 and it was 12:05 so clearly they just decided to not bring new food. Now they still aren't answering and we can't get money back. Absolute joke,...

Food is usually of a great standard. However after choosing the delivery option (we usually collect), it's safe to say I would highly recommend not to use the delivery option. The dips that were in a bag with the box of chicken pakora had leaked/opened in the bag, resulting in the pakora being soggy and stuck to the box. They have said they will send another portion, but this means everyone will have to eat seperately. We also waited over an hour for the order to come...
