Domino's Pizza - Alloa — Restaurant in Scotland

We ordered tonight from Alloa Store using the App, which took 3 attempts and a phone call to place the order. We also chose a selected time slot for delivery, however the order arrived 30mins after this time and was stone cold, not surprising when it sat in 'quality check' for over 20mins. Placed an order for delivery on 7th January. It should be with me in 30 to 35 minutes as per order . I called the shop an hour later after I placed the order. The staff was very rude and said to me they are very busy so it can be late. No idea what time they can deliver. If they are busy and cannot deliver on time why they accept my order. This place is a disgrace! I made an order, told them I had COVID so can you leave it outside my door. The driver gets to my buzzer, I let him in and then he starts shouting up the stairs that it's been left down stairs. I'm shouting to him I'm at the top floor.
