Domino's Pizza - Leven — Restaurant in Scotland

Hello I would like to make a complaint against your policy on cash acceptance. Cash is legal tender and even though you are within the law not too accept it, some customers much prefer this way of transactions, some of us rely on cash in our daily life whether it be due to budgeting, it could be due to being unable to open a bank account, if your card gets marked for fraud you can’t use it, therefore with a zero cash policy this is limiting on how people can pay and therefore singling out some of the most vulnerable people in society and those who rely on it. I can understand times have changed and card transactions are much more common, but there should be an option where someone can pay cash. I also understand that a lot of places went cashless during Covid, but this isn’t an excuse anymore cash has always been around and there are lot more things dirtier than cash, staff still have to touch other things, so if hygiene is being followed correctly within a workplace cash is not an issue. There are people who have handled cash every day since covid and still not caught it therefore I don’t think it is reasonable to blame covid as a factor. Now due to the cost-of-living crisis cash is making a comeback and therefore businesses should be supporting customers and how they wish to pay, at the end of the day customers is what makes a business survive, so why would businesses want to turn away people who are willing to give you their hard-earned...

Telephoned in order asked for 2 for 1 and a portion of potato wedges. I was told it will be 15min . I went to collect I was 3min early . When I went in the assistant ( male ) said he had given my pizza to the delivery driver and ill have 8min to wait !! I said ok. The other assistant ( female ) said it will be 6min I said again it is 2 for 1 she said yes. I waited then the assistant ( female brought my order over I said its 2 for 1 she said I didnt order that I said I did and I said to you when you were making the pizza and you said yes!!!! She looked at him and he looked at her😡 no reply . I said just give me my pizza ive waited long enough!!! I wouldnt like to see them on a busy night!!!! Disgusted...

We got given a voucher for £15 as there was a slice of pizza missing form one of our orders. I placed an order on the phone as advised by the manager.

When I arrived to collect we gave our names and got asked to wait. On the screen it said our pizza was ready. We waited 10 min or so before they realised that our pizza had been sitting there this hole time.

When we got home I was furious as the Thin and Crispy pizza was like a tortilla and completely un edible. It even snapped like a crisp.

My partner and I come here at least 2/3 times a week and will no longer be coming back. the customer service and lack of ability to even make a pizza is ridiculous. Seriously how hard can it be to...
