Domino's Pizza - Linlithgow — Restaurant in Scotland

Leaving no stars as this service was terrible. We left detailed directions for delivery (that other delivery drivers found easily), and yet the domimos driver took 30 minutes to find us. A member of our party stood out on the street for 20 minites giving directions on the phone. The delivery driver was frustrated and rude to us over the phone. When we phoned the store to enquire the telephone operator asked us to give him better directions, despite him having a postcode. The pizza was wet from the rain, Cold and the boxes we crushed. This made it difficult to enjoy the food. Not only was the driver rude but our order was not delivered to our door. We had to walk 5 minutes up a busy road to meet the driver, who left the order with us to walk with our food 5 minutes in the cold and rain. The operator offered another delivery, but we were not thrilled by the idea as we were frustrated with the service. Nothing was offered as an apology. We requested a refund and were told in order to have a refund, we would have to return the cold pizza. Instead of an apology the operator on the phone was rude. After paying over £60 for our order and delivery charge, the least we expected was warm food. We will not use this service again and will be reluctant to use the...

Ordered online and used the discount codes as one pizza alone was £25!!

Ordered six pizzas - 3x peperoni & jalapeño, 2x pepperoni, 1x cheese and tomato plus 1x chicken box. We were staying three mins round the corner and left as soon as we’d ordered so we could run to another shop. When it said it was in the oven we went to wait outside. Upon informing us in app they were ready hub went in and the fun began: One of the guys on counter thrust a box in my husband’s hand without talking to him. My hub patiently waited for the others when the guy huffed “yes?!” Hub said he was waiting for rest of the pizzas to be told that was the only one. Upon informing him of the others the box was snatched from him with a “that’s not your pizza!” Bear in mind he’d handed it to my husband!! Each one was handed individually with the man having to rummage around in the orders and shout through to kitchen. After all were correctly accounted for we went home to find they were going cold! The chicken box being on the edge of turning tacky.

Order at your own peril! My husband wasn’t rushing him at all, it was a large order and he has manners! I know they weren’t busy which isn’t their fault but it wasn’t...

Just avoid it! We ordered a pizza thru the app and while we were wainting, I got a phone call telling us that our pizza got delivered to another address because the driver got a phone call from us to change the delivery.

The guy on the phone tried to convince me that we got our pizza but on a different address 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 Funny thing is that if we did that, how could we know the drivers name and phone number, and how did the other guy knew that we didn't get our pizza before we even made a complain 🧐 🤔
