What a great find in Stranraer! Having tried various eateries around the area Fig & Olive was a cut above the rest. Firstly there's a warm friendly atmosphere for both humans a d their pets. We were quickly sprayed and shown menus. The choice was fantastic. The soup of the day was the best we'd had - rich, flavoursome and thick. The home made sausage roll of the day was also a hit. If you find yourself in Stranraer, I highly recommend Fig & Olive for...

We asked if they had yoghurt but they just brought it to us anyway. We waited over half an hour for two sandwiches, a croissant, some soup and some mushrooms on toast which we felt was a bit long. We had already finished our drinks and had to order more. For the price I would expect a more...
