Very disappointed in the service at the till, my car was in for an mot across from you're shop so thought I'd pop in for a coffee, the lady unfortunately didn't catch her name didn't even say hello and when I said morning please can I have a cappuccino all she said is you get it down there, went to the other counter , the lady was very pleasant , I said am sitting in she was like no you get it down there I mentioned that I'd just been told to come to you, she was like no sorry sit in is from other counter, went back to the very rude lady who still didn't lift her head and was like I'll get it in a minute , two other customers mentioned that they had got the same service, to which then the lady was like sit down I'll bring you table service. I was like no don't bother I'll go elsewhere, went to Tesco instead to which I say we're very pleasant. Fisher & Donaldson i reccomend you speak to you're staff regarding there attitude as this was really disappointing. Especially the customers who we're sitting in...
Read moreWe visited you tearoom 08/02/25 for a lightbite lunch. I had a bacon roll which was top quality bacon on a lovely soft buttered roll. I also had a mug of hot chocolate, 10/10 for both. The drink was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tasted. My husband had an onion Bridie which he raved about how lovely it was. His pot of tea was a decent size which allowed 2 cupfuls. Granddaughter had a scotch pie which she scoffed in record time, she opted for a can of juice. No visit is ever complete without joining the queue again before leaving for som goodies to take home. 2 strawberry danish, 2 coffee towers, cream doughnut and a rhubarb tart. All of these are well tried and loved favourites. All the staff are very helpful, respectful and have a very nice manner with customers. All areas were spotlessly clean and a delight to visit. Thank you everybody We’ll done and keep up...
