I am not really the kind of writing reviews, but today 14/05/24 I have witnessed what's likely the worse customer service ever provided by a person. I was waiting to place my order as the woman behind the counter was "busy" on the phone (not really my business if her call was personal, but she didn't even acknowledge my presence when she hung up let alone dropping a little "I'm sorry, be right with you"), when some school kids showed up to pick up their order. It was fine, I understand that maybe they placed it on the phone? Regardless, that is none of my business. She served them and then just ignored me once again by trying to serve some other kids that were behind me and that arrived some minutes after. I would hate to think that it had to do with the fact I was speaking Spanish to my 4 year old son (I'm trying to make him bilingual, not that I'm trying to exclude people from our mega intellectual conversations), but given how rude and defensive this character was to me, I would not be surprised. To top it up, as I let her know that we were first, she comes to me dropping a "if you calm down" when all I asked was "if she realised we were first". She even raised her voice hahaha This person needs to get a job with the lads in a construction site and be banned from anything related to facing the public.
