Gul Anar Jaha — Restaurant in Scotland

After waiting a great deal of time compared to other establishments I arrived to collect and pay for my take-away that I ordered by browsing THEIR website and THEIR online menu only to be told it cost more than what i had worked it out to be. When queried, I was informed that the online menu has not been updated for about 3 years and the price now is the price; not good customer service in my opinion as with the business being at fault, a good-will gesture would have been to apologise and honour the online prices and possibly gain a new customer but unfortunately NOT! Also charged a supplement of £1.60 to change the type of complimentary sauce. Sorry but you have definitely not gained a customer. As for the food, it was OK, we could not fault it but also would not rave about it, therefore 2 stars due to your poor customer service...

Order food from just eat. Order says time of delivery. It arrives over an hour late, 1hr 20 mins late. Taste is very bland and food was not as hot as usual. I have ordered here many times before and everything is usually good. So I asked for a partial refund for late delivery and cold tasteless food. As expected I got nothing. You charge £4 for delivery that's all I wanted back,I wasn't asking for it all. Been a loyal customer for few years , but the last few times, we have found that when ordering food by phone the cost was inaccurate and when queried the reply was that we looking at the wrong menu. This explanation was given other occasions even though we had the most up to date menu. We normally don't query the extra cost as the meals are good but have found that the portion size have significantly made smaller and no where the same quality as in the past
