Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Came in just before 10 and they had no bacon left. I had to sit and wait in a cold and draughty shop for almost fifteen minutes while someone went out the back to sacrifice another pig ..... Come on guys, running out of bacon during the breakfast rush - really! Is this a regular occurrence or was it a one-off occasion? If they could improve the "stock control," I would improve the rating. Friendly staff and clean and tidy shop helped to make up for it but still - running out of bacon at breakfast ...

• UPDATE * After all the waiting for the bacon, when I walked the twenty metres to my car and biting into the roll, the bacon was almost cold. The sausage was hot. I couldn't be bothered to go back to complain. Review downgraded...

I visit Gregg's all over the country and l feel l just must congratulate the manageress and all her staff on the sheer diligence when it comes to this terrible covid, their tables are cleaned as soon as they are vacated which gives us the feeling of great safety. None of your branches comes even close to lanark.the staff are very pleasant and speak to us customers which is why we visit so often. Keep up...

Very well decorated and finished to a high standard inside. No music playing to disturb you so a quieter atmosphere which is very welcome. The staff were very polite and well mannered.
