Ordered with my wife 2 chicken bakes, steak bake, 2 sausage rolls and drinks for lunch to have them in. It was quiet at this time. Apparently, the bakes were stone cold. My wife asked her bakes to be warmed up. An employee named Karen refused saying that they don't do that. My wife asked for refund and we received that. I suggested to the lady that would be better to tell customers when the food is cold. She answered that they don't sell hot bakes!?! Loos like the standards of Greggs went seriously down. Asked if they had anything hot in the savoury counter. Staff member ensured me all products were hot even though she made no attempt to confirm this. Bought steak bake and sausage roll.
