just purchased a supper from hateleys alloa chips were stone cold could not eat them phoned up to complain spoke to a [so] called manager when i asked her what the complaints proceedure was she couldnot answer she didnt know what this was !!!!!!! once i had explained she said [WELL NO ONE ELSE HAS COMPLAINED ] i had to suggest to her that maybee others didnt have a phone or no transport to return them i said i was not happy with her attitude and said pepole need to be aware of the poor poor service and poor quality of food provided by hatleys she suggested i should just [quote just put it on facebook !!!!! ] stay clear of hatleys i never could nor would be able to...

Just this minute binned a £30 munchie box, the chicken Doner meat was rancid and I don't just mean bad taste I mean it was off sour and the smell was stomach turning. You're not telling me they can't smell that when putting it in. Wish I looked at the reviews before ordering anything. When I phoned they said.......would you like us to send you another one! Well you can imagine my answer then they said all we can do is offer you a discount on your next order......there is never going to be a next order. Stay away from this place if not stay away from the chicken Doner somebody is going to end up really ill and by the looks of the reviews this ain't...

Worst chippy in clackmannanshire, ordered through scoffable at 21.20 phoned at 22.00 to see if my order was on it's way they said no its sitting all ready waiting to go phones back again at 22.30 to ask the same question and to also ask if it's going to be fresh yes they said everything is made fresh arrives at 22.50 and guess what 100% not fresh I wish it would let me post a photo cause what we got you could tell it was sitting for ages and was luke warm and my patner found a hair in her chips £12.80 down the drain.
