Usually really decent place to go to, but last night the cashier was so rude. Deicded to go here after a 8 hour shift, placed my order and waited. Meanwhile friends of the cashier walked about like they owned the place (first name bases, you wanting ice? Calling them by name)

Go up to get my order, saying Thank you and have a nice night, only to get a grunt and a bye. At which point I mistakenly walked to go out the front door (which I thought was the way to go out, it wasnt cleary sign posted to go out the fire exit nor did the cashier convey this when I got my order)

So she shouted at me "eh use the fire door", no excuse me sorry no nothing pleasent or helpful. Only for her to then say "its a one way system" in a snappy tone as i walked past.

I tried to phone up to make a complaint over the phone yet no one answered multiple times (despite it still being working hours) and to top it all off I got home to eat it and they didnt even pack my sauce.

Overall a very disappointing service last night and the staff need serious evaluation of they're customer service skills. Won't be back in a hurry nor will I be recommending it to my coworkers who tend to go...

Drove 4 miles to KFC Hamilton to visit the Drive Thru..on placing my order I asked for a extra tea bag in my Tea, and was seriously annoyed when told it would cost me an extra £1.09 for the privilege..I was angry and asked to speak to the Manager, who claimed it was company policy...Well I told him where to shove the order.. I have used KFC for years and had many a dried up tub of beans or luke warm Burger..but never had the time to go back for a refund...and they now have the cheek to rip me off..so much for customer satisfaction and all the other BS that they preach..plenty of other choice of fast food out there, and will now spend my money elsewhere...so after many years of using KFC they have lost business..no wonder the queue at McDonalds is always much bigger..I later went McDonalds at Bellshill and recieved an extra tea bag with no extra charge..thank you for good service at...
