Libo's Fish & Chip Shop — Restaurant in Scotland

Not being funny but really wasn’t impressed with the staff, loads of people logged about in the place being noticed and ignored to be served.

Was served by a young guy who clearly wasn’t having a good day. I work in a restaurant myself and know how you’re supposed to be treating your customers, not the way they all did. Moping around not doing much and gossiping amongst themselves. The chef clearly wasn’t impressed either, as he complained to them for not speaking clearly and even had to tell them to serve people!

They had to ask customers to remind them what their order was a bunch of times! Not good enough from customer service.

Food was okay but small portions of chips with fish for an unexpected amount of money. Won’t be back at...

Staying at Ballmeadowside and decided on a wee drive to get a fish supper.....boy we were not disappointed hubby got large and i got medium....hate greasy food and this was NOT greasy at all, it was sooooo tasty portion size was unreal both chips and fish were absolutely delicious we both thourghly enjoyed it..definitely value for money Staff were lovely and polite we will definitely be back when Staying at Ballmeadowside. This is my favourite local chippy in Cupar, everyone has their opinions and I will admit I prefer certain items from other shops, but this shop consistently has good chips to go with whatever your having. My 'usual' (not that I'm here all that often but when I am this is my favourite) a lightly battered red pudding supper 🤤🤤.
