While their food might be decent, their attitude is not. I don’t think they appreciate Indians coming to their restaurant. Went with my husband for dinner and was received more coldly than anywhere else in the UK so far. It would have been okay if they didn’t know much about customer service or were not courteous. However what was disheartening was that they attended all other guests (from different nationalities) at their restaurant with much warmth and regularly checked on their experience, while making us feel unwanted during our short stay there for dinner. Even after asking, they didn’t suggest us anything on portions or dishes. When we needed something and raised our hand for attention, they would just look away. So if you are an Indian, you must totally skip this place. There are many options nearby, and even if the food is half good there, at least they will treat you with...

Ordered a takeaway meal deal for 2. Got home and found that the curry was like soup (tasted like chinese food as well). Rang the manager and told him my problem and he agreed to remake my meal and apologise. Great!

So travelled back to helensburgh from Cardross and the manager told me that he would only reheat and thicken up my curry and not recook my whole meal. Even though it was now all going to be cold. He also told me he would only 'fix' one of the curries as my wife had already put hers on her rice.

The manager then decided he would raise his voice at me and refuse to remake my meal after exclaiming that he would lose money if he were to rectify my situation.

He then wouldn't give me my money back for my purchase until i pressured him for it.

Ordered a Balti and a Pasanda by phone for collection. The order was already bagged when it was collected 20 minutes later and when we got it home it was a Balti and a Tikka Masala.

When we called we were told it wasn't Tikka Masala, the region they represent has a spicy, tomato-based Pasanda. When we quoted their own online description (Pasanda is a mild, creamy sauce with almonds) they agreed to deliver a real Pasanda immediately. 40 minutes later it arrived, what a disappointment. Pasanda was just salty slop, Balti wasn't much better.

Mass produced mush, I don't understand how this has won awards against genuine curry houses that use fresh...
