Nando's Clydebank — Restaurant in Scotland

Food is usually good, customer service this time honestly disappointing. I ordered through JustEat about 6.45pm, food never arrived, not Nando's fault. However, after letting them know at 8pm, I had to phone 2 times to get updates and spoke to 3 different people, by 9pm I've been told to liase directly with JustEat (as if JustEat could suddenly decide to deliver my food after 2hours and make it ok). By the time I managed to get on the line with JustEat call centre, it was 9.50pm, so I phoned Nando's back for a last chance to get food. They offered me to prepare the food again if I went and collect it. I wouldn't have ordered a delivery if I was able to go collect it, in fact, after days of being unwell, I just needed a nice meal. JustEat has refunded me, so they have done their fair part, however, no dinner for me and the restaurant is the one preparing food, not the delivery service. its been a very good experience to me compare to my previous visit. the chicken has been so dry before but now they are perfectly grilled and moist. I enjoy it so much. The staff are very friendly and very approachable they also make a lot of effort trying to clean everything like cleaning surfaces after one customer, cleaning the sauce bottles. I tried the delivery service as well but it's not the same because if something missing you cant have it at the time. i tried pick up order but its not really good coz by the time you want to eat your order its cold. i still want to go the nandos restaurant and feel that nandos vibe. thank you for the clydebank nandos staff to make everything work with this new normal. i defintely coming back and bring...
