Nando's Paisley — Restaurant in Scotland

Visited this restaurant with my partner and my young nephew who is 18 months. Whilst we had just received our starters my nephew became unwell and had been sick, due to this we had left our starters and asked straight away if our mains could be changed to takeaway. We sat at our table for about 15 minutes then moved to the front kitchen area so our table could be cleaned. Whilst waiting our food was served on plates, we said to the staff that this had been changed to takeaway. One of the staff members said that it was takeaway to the kitchen staff. Kirsten who worked in the kitchen then started shouting at her colleague saying ‘are you joking??’ It’s not been ordered as takeaway it’s been ordered as sit in, if they want it to take away it should have been ordered as takeaway. The way she shouted about us not realising that we were standing right there is disgusting and she needs to get some customer service skills. Infact when I approached her to explain why our order was now takeaway she walked to the other side of the kitchen. We are regulars at this restaurant but will certainly not be back due to this. We took my papa for lunch to this Nando’s and were extremely disappointed. Whenever we have been to a Nando’s we order a whole chicken and that is what we receive. However, at this Nando’s they just gave us 2 chicken thighs and 2 wings with about 1/4 of the breast. When we asked about it and explained how the whole chicken usually came, the manager said that is the whole chicken, look 2 wings and 2 breasts. He spoke to us as if we were stupid and like he just didn’t care. My papas also arrived wrong, the manager did offer to fix it but my papa had already started scraping the added sauce and veg off. We payed almost £45 for this meal and we definitely didn’t get our moneys worth. 4 chicken thighs are only £10 and we would have received the same amount...

I didn’t have a table booked when I walked in asked for a table for 2 was told it would be a 15 min wait for a table (there was a load of empty tables) so we sat in the car and waited not many customers entered but plenty left. When I went back into the restaurant I was then told by the staff member I was early. Got sat a large table that was empty the whole time. I ordered on the app the food came and I was still waiting on drinks had to ask for the glasses. Which looked like an inconvenience to the staff. My partners food was also look warm.
