today we went to pick up a pizza and the box was not sealed properly, it literally slid out of the bottom while we were still holding the box right in front of the window of the shop. Guy inside refused to make us a new one, said we must have dropped it and that he didn't see it happen. Instead told us to contact pizza hut and get a refund in 3 days. It's funny that on the website it says that the shop you bought it from is how you are meant to resolve issues. didn't even want a refund we just wanted our dinner, really disappointed, have been a regular of this shop for a year now and won't be coming back if this is how their service is now. 9 months ago I left a good review for above and beyond service but it's obviously no longer the same team inside. Any other shop locally would've made us a new one no questions...

Read moreOrdered takeaway got the wrong pizza and when phoned about the issue, I was asked to come collect even thought I'd paid for delivery. They accepted the mistake, but weren't able to rectify it. They did ask if they could give me another pizza but ultimately weren't able to secure a delivery driver and they would not be able to get my order to me until a few hrs later (and I had no car to collect myself).
