Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered to my work a £40.00 order. I forgot to place one team members ordered so I called up and asked to pay over the phone for the extra coffee. However, due to our large order the lady on the phone gave us it for free!! Everything arrive within the time we were given from UberEats, still warm. Last week we ordered from another starbucks - closer to us - and the coffees were lukewarm, one hadnt even been heated at all (obviously made the coffees in the cups and used the steam wand in the takeaway cups). This one is by far the best Starbucks any of us have went to. Personalised message on the bags as well. The little touches made it a great experience. We've all agreed we won't be returning to the one closer to us, instead we'll pay the extra and get from here.

I have been multiple times I’ve been to this particular , I’ve also been to multiple Starbucks , personally I think is the best one , the staff are nice though some of them don’t always look like they are enjoying there job ,others have a smile painted on their face, but out of the multiple times , I’ve been almost always been served politely , the toilets are usually kept tip top , out of the times I’ve been their has only been like 4 mistakes in total and even then the drink is still good! They Somtimes forget to ask for your name though, which can be bad for the person who orders it or if someone has an allergy .I do think Starbucks should add boba to their menu and create a slushie like drink , but apart from these few bad things over all I have enjoyed my...

Very shocked about the cleanliness of Starbucks. The tables were filthy and the floor was a mess.the staff are not fully trained in customer service. We received our drinks and we told her we had an app for our points but she had already put it through the till. Not good enough .its bad enough trying to get the app open without poor customer service. Hope the franchise that has this starbucks read this or even attends this premises and looks at the cleanliness of this unit. It really seems that covid never happened. As cleanliness is not...
