Wouldn't recommend booking ,daughter booked party for son in laws 40th birthday well over month ago ,she counted tables in large hall as 150 people coming and paid for buffet as she was told couldn't bring food in ,the day before the party they called to check everything was ok to be told they had small hall ,this wasn't right at all ,after descussion with the rude member of staff and being told it's the small hall they had enough ,were told they couldn't get refunded of the £350.00 they had paid ,they must have taken another party and thought it was fine to mess people about and upset them before party even went ahead ,we all managed to book another venue at such short notice and pay over again but be warned wouldn't trust them for special occasions let down like this ,not finished with this by any means ripping people off when they feel like it ,if they didn't call they would have went there and been so disappointed bad customer service ,but papers and claims court with this one definitely not getting off with this and upsetting people with I'll...

Booked the big hall for my 60th and it was supposed to cater for up to 200 but there wasn't even enough food for 75 ppl I would say there was only enough food put out for about 50 ppl some of my guest got no buffet at all when I asked if more was getting put out the member of staff was quite cheeky towards me and said the buffet was a set amount and that was it, and even had the cheeky to be talking about me in front of my guests I know this because the person came and told me that they were talking about me at the bar because I asked if there was more buffet getting put out but honestly it was really poor and I was really embarrassed that some of my guests got nothing to eat I think they should be ashamed of themselves at taking £550 off ppl for the apology that they provide please think carefully before you book any event here Ps the 1 star for the food was based on the quantity not on taste as the food was good Pps This absolutely ruined my 60th birthday I will never be able to look back on this occasion with any happiness only with...

Had a fantastic time at my son's 50th Birthday Party in Glencairn Venue. The venue is absolutely lovely, plenty of space, large dance floor and stage with DJ. The staff were incredible, looked after us really well, packed up left overs from the delicious buffet to take home and cut and bagged the birthday cake. They could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend this venue for any parties and celebrations. We had a photobooth from Booths4Us which was so much fun, and hired a glittery floor. Brilliant night - thank you everyone for making our night special.
