I work across the road and went in for a subway salad. Firstly the women gave me old brown lettuce to which I asked for fresh and she changed. I got double chicken tikka and went back in my work to eat. As soon as I bit into the chicken it was brick solid and freezing, she had given me frozen chicken and I genuinely feel ill. I went back to kindly request for a refund and was met with a rude women who tried to say it wasn't frozen when I handed her the frozen meat she said "you should have asked for it heated" as if that would of made any difference.
