Original Tasty Spot — Local services in Great Britain

I've no idea what's happening with this place, it's been my family's go to takeaway tret for over 2 years now but in the last couple of months it's a different experience. The previous time we made an order it turned up an hour and half after ordering via Just eat. So after calling the takeaway they said it was 2 mins away. It was too late to dump the order and go elsewhere so I waited the further 15 mins for it to arrive.

I didn't order again for over a month, but tonight my family of 4 all wanted different types of treats......... so back to The Original Tasty Spot.

And again an hour and half after the order was accepted I called the take away.....I told them I wanted to cancel the order. I was told the driver is in your street right now ....5 mins later a car did a handbrake turn into my street and ran up my path. I then had to microwave all the food as it was so cold the boxes wernt even sweaty . TASTY SPOT don't accept the orders if you can not deliver the food in a condition to eat.

The food is actually ok but the way I have just been spoken to in this place is a disgrace. I ordered chips, cheese and spicy chicken now not a complicated order and since they have got it wrong before when the man (I use this term loosly) handed my order to me I asked if it was the correct only to find out again they didn't put the cheese on. Now i would have expected a sorry I will redo this but no i was met by attitude and demanded to pay another £2. I don't mind paying for what I order but this man was very rude and nasty. I would urge everyone to stay away unless you want a side of rudeness with your meal. I will be making sure everyone I know who uses this place is told of the treatment I have received. Please remember this is due to them getting my order wrong...

I can see what they do in the back from my flat. When they get deliveries sometimes they drop the food and when its been on the floor they just put it back in the box. They jump in bins. They store their food in their toilets. They think they own the area so anyone who walks by and has something they want they take it and when they try to take it back they video them and make it look like they assaulted them. They tried to rob an old woman and they chased a kid they try to steal supplies from other shops.
