Starbucks — Restaurant in Scotland

As a regular customer of Starbucks, at times I find the barista's attitude not of the values Starbucks promote. Today at the breathed store (time 12:20pm) I experienced two very rude members of staff, not one please or thank you. On arrival I was completely ignored and had to asked if I could be severed, there was no one other than myself in the queue and when serving it felt I was putting them out. amazing!! i was served by james (i believe that’s his name) he had brillant customer service skills and amazing manners. There was an issue regarding the teabags the details of which i am not aware of, all that i knew was the tea bags where nowhere to be seen but james stopped at nothing until he found them. Love this branch of Starbucks. For starters all of the staff are super nice and friendly. Always time to chat. The coffee shop is always immaculate. I'm forever on a diet so don't often indulge in the cakes but whenever I do they're always fresh. I actually drive past the Govan branch as its not as nice, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired in there. Back to this store, inside Sainsbury's Braehead, top marks...
