Subway - Paisley (Causeyside Street) — Restaurant in Scotland

Very rude staff surprised they still have a job asked for tomato with my breakfast roll and was basically told I couldn't have it it was up to them who they wanted to give an extra topping to......in other words I don't like the look of you but I may give it to the next guy that comes in if I feel like it!!! Also ordered a sandwich one day that I was taking away I took a bottle of water out my while waiting to have a drink and they were rite on it saying you can't drink that in here.....I wasn't even sitting in!!! Also don't dare ask for the key for the toilet as it's clearly to much hassle for them to take 2 steps into the back to get it for you. Absolutely shocking staff with a stinking attitude!!!! Very disappointed with the service. Placed an order via Just Eat plenty of time before closing. The restraunt accepted the order confirmed it had been made and were assigning a driver. 10 minutes AFTER the the order was supposed to be delivered they cancelled the order online. We called them to question this and they lied to us on the phone saying we placed an order for collection and were waiting for us to collect this. We had confirmation via just eat that we paid for and ordered delivery but they kept arguing with us over this saying we were wrong. A manager eventually came on the call and then blamed just eat. Will never be using this branch again, rude and lied on...

Absolutely shocking excuse for one of these 'filed' wraps. The guy who was making it had a face that he'd have to be careful not to trip over and now I've seen this excuse for lunch I'm the same. Two shakes of Parmesan (sorry 'hard') cheese then when I asked for more I was told that was what you got and that the marketing "was a picture, don't you know that's what they [subway] do?' I understand that marketing photographs aren't 100% representative but there's a limit. Spend your hard earned money somewhere/anywhere else. Lassie was wonderful though.
