Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

orderded a sub from just eat today 26/6/2020 and there were two factors that were out of subways controll the fact that it was delayed due to a high demand aand there was no 9 grain bread. the subway staff in this instance wrote out a hand written note and included an adfitinal cookie witch was extremley thoughtfull and is a lot more then what my local fish and chip shop does when they dont have the right quantity irn bru to cornform with the dessired order. all that being said i want to applaud the staff at this proticuler branch of subway for working so profeseonly through what is a tough time for all of us at this point...

I've just had a very pleasant time in the store. It looks great. My reason for posting is to say that I was served by a lovely young lady. She has natural customer care skills that cannot be taught or learned. I've worked in customer care most of my life and I recognise good service. Avoid. With delivery EVERYTIME my food is freezing or the order is incorrect. The veggie plant patty wraps were inedible this time, not toasted as requested, and wrong cookies sent. Refund requested but not given "managers are never in" says young lassie on the phone. Recently when going into the store I feel like the subs are half filled from how they used to be.
