I have had a lot of bad experiences of supermarket cafes but I rate this as the best one I have been in. Staff are all smiling and can't help you enough. Food was fast and presented with a bit of pride in what they do. I can't praise them enough and will...

Pretty poor service, cafe empty but waited 20 mins to get served, returned sosages as overcooked and hard, no toast or fried bread with breakfast as advertised, tea lukewarm, manager (i presume) just walked about not helping...
