Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

I had more than four years going regularly to the café, receiving excellent service when having breakfast or simply tea or coffee before or after my shopping. But the last time was definitely the last. A member of the staff decided to display her hostility by different means, including no letting me to use my laptop. This was an exceptional circumstance in which I needed to use it for one or two minutes to sort an urgent task while my internet service was interrupted while moving house. I needed to leave the café and leave my coffee untouched...

You'd probably score more for service if there was any or if you atleast had a chance to interact with a staff member but since these bloody kiosks have sprouted up everywhere including here there's no such chance.

The food was truly dreadful. You place an order via the kiosk and everything on the menu looks really delicious and tasty, full colour photos, you can be forgiven for the taste buds going nuts...

...then it arrives to your table. Bloody dreadful, whoever cooked this muck should be...

On arriving and seeing the McD-style ordering screens we weren't too hopeful. But the options were good and the process straightforward, just enter table number per the markers next to the screen and take it with you to a spare table.
