Extremely rude and incompetent staff who won't take responsibility for their mistakes.
I had to run around after them to finally place my order, as they didn't bother coming to the table.
They said they'd get my food out for a certain time, when I asked. But then they didn't. Even, when I asked if I could have the food by a certain time, they were very catty about answering the question
They tried charged me for the food they failed to bring. The male server insisted I should pay for it, even though they couldn't get it to me when they said they could. I repeatedly told him the female server had told me they could get the food ready in time, and yet they failed.
Finally, the female server admitted she failed to take the food off the bill. The male server who was doubling down on their mistake did not apologize. Another female server did.
I paid for my drinks and left.

We experienced one great staff member and a couple who definitely need more customer service training. We were satisfied with our starters and felt they were good value for money. However, unfortunately there was absolutely no sausage in the two steak and sausage pies we had, which was very disappointed. We fed this back to a member of staff who literally shrugged and then walked off. Unfortunately we would therefore not recommend to friends or family...
