A Culinary Gem – Finally Found the WOW Factor!

Wow! Where do I even begin? After sampling countless Chinese restaurants and takeaways, I can confidently say none have ever wowed me quite like this one. From the moment I took my first bite, it was clear we were in for a treat! Even the chips—yes, the chips—were a delightful surprise, and I’ll be honest, it took me aback with how delicious they were.

The food here is not just made but crafted, prepared to an impressively high standard. I have a little one who's quite picky when it comes to food, and I geared up for a tea time battle that never happened! Picker eater cleared his plate trying new dishes and the smile on his face spoke volumes.

What stands out the most is the clean, invigorating taste of every dish we ordered—a far cry from some of the overly sauced, greasy offerings I've encountered elsewhere. This place sits at the top of my list now and is officially my go-to spot for Chinese food. If you're searching for an experience that promises to tantalize your taste buds and leave your stomach happy, look no further. 23/2/22 / To the TigerLotus Team, words can’t express how grateful our Family are for the wonderful wake you provided for our late Mother yesterday. A special shout out to Li, Victoria, Wilson and Alex for tweaking our menu to include sandwiches, along with the most delicious Asian finger foods (and wines/beers/juices).

What topped the afternoon off (beside the incredible service) was the offering of banana fritters, banana splits topped off with towelettes and fortune cookies. It was lovely to see our group ending the function with some giggles😊.

We would actually have liked to give minus stars.We got a takeaway from here last night, it is not a mistake we will ever be making again! It was without doubt the worse Chinese food we have ever had - we got chicken curry, salt and spicy chicken, 2 fried rice, 1 plain chips and 1 salt and spicy chips. After a couple of mouthfuls of 5 people trying it and spitting it back out, it went in the bin! Both lots of chips and the salt and spicy chicken were not cooked properly. The curry was meant to be extra hot, as well as not being even mildly hot, it also just tasted like a bland chicken stew! A pot noodle tastes better and I don't even like pot noodles! Complete waste...
